This bread is a step up from our normal sourdough, and yes I’m bias but honestly this is nothing short than delicious AND ultra good for YOU.
If it weren’t enough this bread is also a step up on our normally healthy bread, as it’s packed with sunflower seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds; meaning that it’s full of vitamin E, potassium and antioxidants, supporting healthy skin, BOOSTING IMMUNE FUNCTIONS , and promoting heart health, bone health, thyroid function, balancing insulin levels and gut health.
This is only by increasing the amount of seeds in our already good for you, utterly delicious bread.
Of course it stills #glutenfree #coeliacfriendly #vegan #nutfree #soyfree and free from the 14 most common allergens out there.
