Welcome to Cultured Bakehouse. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a product, or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Cultured Bakehouse

Cultured Bakehouse is a made to order bakery based in Northern Ireland. We specialise in food, workshops, and digital products that are Free From the top 14 allergens. All items are made in our dedicated Free From facility.

Our services include:

Allergy friendly baking and food orders
In-person cooking workshops
eBooks and digital cooking resources
Online lessons and educational materials

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, purchasing any product, or participating in a workshop, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.
Have read and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings and orders must be made and paid for in advance through our website.
Spaces in workshops are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Cultured Bakehouse reserves the right to refuse any booking or order if necessary.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not available if a participant changes their mind, fails to attend, or decides they did not enjoy the workshop.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Cultured Bakehouse.
If a workshop must be cancelled by Cultured Bakehouse, participants may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another date.
For physical bakery orders, refunds are only provided if there is a verified fault on our part.
Digital products, including eBooks and downloads, are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Workshop Participation and Safety

By attending any Cultured Bakehouse workshop, you agree to:

Follow all safety instructions given during the session.
Use kitchen tools and appliances responsibly.
Acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

Cultured Bakehouse and its owner, Zilka Gerritsen, are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage occurring during or after workshops.

Children may attend only workshops designed for parents and children, and must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.

6. Allergies and Food Safety

All Cultured Bakehouse products and recipes are Free From the top 14 allergens. However, participants and customers remain responsible for ensuring suitability for their own dietary needs.

Cultured Bakehouse cannot accept liability for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.

7. Digital Products and Copyright

All eBooks, online courses, and downloadable materials are for personal use only.

You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any Cultured Bakehouse content without written permission.

All recipes, photos, videos, and workshop materials remain the intellectual property of Cultured Bakehouse.

8. Photography and Media Use

Photos or short videos may be taken during workshops or events for marketing purposes.

Faces or identifying details will only appear with prior consent.

Participants who prefer not to appear in photos can inform Zilka before or during the session.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cultured Bakehouse is not liable for:

Accidents, injuries, or damages during workshops or events.
Allergic reactions or health issues arising from food or recipes.
Technical issues or interruptions when accessing digital products or the website.

By using our services, you agree to release Cultured Bakehouse from any claim or liability connected to your participation or purchase.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

We only collect and use personal information necessary to provide our services.
