Return and Refund Policy

Cultured Bakehouse

At Cultured Bakehouse, everything we create — from workshops and eBooks to digital resources and baked goods — is prepared with care in our dedicated Free From facility. We aim to ensure every experience and product meets high standards of safety, inclusion, and quality.

Workshops

All workshop bookings must be paid in advance through our website.
Refunds are not available if a participant changes their mind, fails to attend, or decides they did not enjoy the session.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the full discretion of Cultured Bakehouse.
If Cultured Bakehouse must cancel a workshop due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen events, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future session.
Workshop bookings cannot be transferred or resold without written consent from Cultured Bakehouse.

Digital Products and eBooks

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are not available for digital items, including eBooks, online lessons, and downloadable resources.
If you experience a technical issue with your file or access link, please email hello@culturedbakehouse.com, and we will provide support to restore access or resend your purchase.

Physical Products (Made to Order)

All baked goods and physical products are made to order and are non-refundable once produced or dispatched.
Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@culturedbakehouse.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will review each case individually to find a fair solution.
Refunds or replacements are issued only if a verified fault occurred on our part.

Cancellations by Cultured Bakehouse

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops, events, or product deliveries in exceptional circumstances.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date.
