Cultured Bakehouse no longer ships physical products. All of our offerings are now local, in-person, or digital.
We focus on allergy friendly cooking workshops, eBooks, and digital resources that help people cook safely and confidently, wherever they are.
1. Workshops and Events
All workshops take place in person at selected community venues or in our dedicated Free From facility in Northern Ireland.

Workshop bookings are made online through our website.

Confirmation details, including time, date, and location, are sent by email after payment.

No physical tickets are shipped. Your email confirmation serves as proof of booking.
If a workshop is postponed or cancelled, participants will be notified by email and offered a new date or a full refund.
2. Digital Products and eBooks
Our digital products, including eBooks and online lessons, are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you will receive an instant download link or email with access instructions.

No physical copies are printed or shipped.

If you experience any technical problem with your file or link, please contact hello@culturedbakehouse.com, and we will help restore access as soon as possible.
3. Local Orders and Collections
Cultured Bakehouse may occasionally offer local, made to order bakery items for collection within Northern Ireland.

4. International Customers
Our eBooks and digital resources are available globally.
