If you are new to allergy-friendly cooking or want to master the foundations of Free From recipes, this workshop is for you. At Cultured Bakehouse, we designed the Free From Basics Workshop to give you the essential skills and practical tips you need to cook safe, flavourful meals for every table.
This hands-on workshop focuses on simple, everyday recipes that are Free From the 14 most common allergens, including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Eggs Free, Soy Free, and Nuts Free. You will learn how to confidently replace ingredients, choose the right alternatives, and create recipes that taste amazing!

Most Master the Basics: An Allergy Friendly Workshop sessions take place in Glenullin, Coleraine, Northern Ireland, our main teaching venue.
However, this same workshop is also offered at other locations across Northern Ireland and the UK throughout the year. Each venue is carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable, inclusive, and allergy safe environment.
