Fajitas are one of the most versatile foods out there, straight from the "Place in the middle of the century plant" (Mexitli) and/or  "Place in the Navel of the Moon" (Mēxihco)", AKA Mexico!
As we are a free from - allergy friendly bakery, we would be changing some ingredients and modifying others to make it "fit" into our repertoire. Still, we can assure you our Fajitas are DA BOMB, and just because they are vegan, gluten free, nut free, soy free and free from the 14 most known allergens out there,  you won't be missing out, in fact! these fajitas will contribute to more inclusivity at your dinner table as many will be able to eat them, regardless their dietary need / preference. So, yeah, you're in for a treat!

Ingredients

Tortillas:

• White Corn Masa Flour (61%), Water, Stabilisers (Glycerol, Xanthan Gum), Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)

Fillings:

• Organic Beans / Pulses: Pinto, Black beans; Lentils Chickpeas, Onion, Garlic, Cold pressed rapeseed oil, Cumin, Coriander, Parsley, Paprika powder, Tomatoes, OPTIONAL Chilli Flakes, Avocado, Lemon, Himalayan Salt, Pepper, OPTIONAL Vegan Cheese, Corn, Sweat Potato, OPTIONAL White Cabbage.
