Coconut Cheesecake with a base made of Medjool dates and certified gluten free oats. Coconut shavings (caramelised shavings mixed in) as a decoration on top. Vegan, Nut free and Gluten free and made without nuts.
Ingredients are Organic or Mostly Organic:
Dates or Raisins, Gluten Free Oats, Filtered Water, Vegan Cream Cheese (Water, Coconut Oil (23%), Starch, Sea Salt, Acidity Regulator: Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Flavourings, Olive Extract, Vitamin B12), Agar Agar, Coconut Palm Sugar, Coconut Milk.
And sometimes we would use organic coconut oil. Everything is depending on availability.
