Cheerful Chocolate Strawberry Cake

Fully Free From as everything in our bakery (gluten free, coeliac friendly, vegan, dairy free, egg free, nut free, soy free, celery free, peanut free, sulfate free and more!), this lovely cake is simple but surely to rock your taste buds. 
Moist, soft, velvety and chocolatey with vanilla cream in the middle and fresh strawberries. Mostly organic. 

Ingredients: 

Rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin b3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2)], oat, filtered water, apple cider vinegar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, caster sugar, brown sugar, coffee, vanilla extract, Plant Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower, Linseed),  Water,  Coconut Fat,  Salt (1.3%),  Plant Based Emulsifier (Lecithin),  Faba Bean preparation, Natural Flavourings,  Vitamin A, Coconut Milk (67%),  Coconut Water (28%),  Corn Flour,  Corn Fibre,  Potato Flour,  Fruit Pectin, Cultures (S. Thermophilus + L. Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis), Vegetable Oils 70% (Rapeseed, Palm¹, Sunflower in varying proportions),  Water,  Salt (1.4%), Emulsifiers (Lecithin, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids),  Acid (Citric Acid),  Colouring (Carotene), Natural Flavouring,  Vitamins (A,D).
