Everyone has that one recipe they love but can no longer make because of food allergies or intolerances. This workshop is your chance to change that.

Bring one or two of your favourite recipes previously agreed by email with us, and we will work together to transform them into fully Free From versions you can safely enjoy. You will learn how to make smart swaps, understand new techniques, and adapt flavours so the food you love stays part of your table, just safer and simpler.

At Cultured Bakehouse, every recipe is Free From the 14 most common allergens, including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Eggs Free, Soy Free, and Nuts Free. This session gives you personal guidance, practical tools, and the confidence to rebuild your favourite meals without fear or restriction.

Whether it is a family recipe, a cake, or a weekly dinner, this workshop helps you make it yours again.

Most What Would You Like Workshops will take place in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, making them convenient for local families and food lovers.

This same workshop will also be available at other venues across Northern Ireland and the United Kingdomthroughout the year. Each location is chosen for its comfortable, inclusive, and allergy aware setting.

If you would like to attend in another area or have accessibility questions, please contact us before booking. We will gladly help you find a suitable venue.

Ingredients and Equipment Provided

All core ingredients and tools are provided. You are welcome to bring your own recipes or ingredient lists for reference, previously arranged and agreed by email with us.

We will prepare your chosen recipes step by step, discuss alternatives, and create a final version that works for you and your family.

You will also receive a personalised recipe booklet with your Free From adaptations and additional tips for future cooking.
