At Cultured Bakehouse, every recipe is Free From the 14 most common allergens, including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Eggs Free, Soy Free, and Nuts Free. You will learn how to create delicious dishes and sweet treats that are inclusive for everyone so no child ever feels left out.

Most For Parents and Children Workshops will take place in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, making them easy to reach for local families and young food lovers.

This same workshop will also be offered at other venues across Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom throughout the year. Each venue is chosen to be welcoming, inclusive, and allergy aware so both parents and children can relax and enjoy the experience.

Ingredients and Equipment Provided

All ingredients and tools are provided. Recipes are kept simple, engaging, and child friendly, with clear instructions and safe, easy methods.

You will also receive a recipe booklet to take home so you and your child can continue cooking together and creating new family traditions.

Each workshop lasts about three hours, including cooking, tasting, and interactive activities designed for both parents and children.

3. Can more than one child attend per parent?

No. Each booking is for one parent and one child only to allow personal attention, safety, and quality interaction during the class. If you reeeeeally need to bring more than one, please contact us first and depending on circumstances we perhaps could accommodate the request. 

4. What is the parent’s responsibility during the class?

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their child throughout the workshop. All activities are designed to be safe and collaborative, but parents must actively support and oversee their child’s participation at all times.

5. What allergens are excluded from the recipes?

All recipes are Free From the 14 most common allergens, including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Eggs Free, Soy Free, and Nuts Free. Everything is prepared in a dedicated allergen free facility.

6. Do we need to bring anything?

No. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided. Just bring your curiosity, a love for food, and a willingness to have fun together.
