From Brussels to the Causeway Coast
Stephanie grew up in Brussels with a Northern Irish mother and a German father.
She spent her childhood moving between countries and kitchens.
Belgian warmth, German practicality and Irish comfort shaped the way she cooks.
The name Partie de Moi reflects that journey.
Each blend carries a piece of her story.
How it all started
She made her first pumpkin spice blend at age ten using shop bought pre ground spices.
In 2020, after her second son was born, she decided to revisit that memory and do it properly.
She began toasting whole spices and grinding them in tiny batches.
She shared them with friends.
Their reactions encouraged her to keep going.
