Their Story
Simon Hogg founded Dunluce Distillery in 2021, inspired by a family legacy of brewing and distilling.
He grew up fascinated by his grandfather’s wine-making and an uncle’s connection to a whiskey distillery.
During lockdown he turned his hobby into a small business on the north coast of County Antrim.
The distillery uses local botanicals and sea-inspired flavours to craft spirits that reflect their place by the Atlantic.
