Authentic gluten free sourdough bread, made without any commercial yeast at all, vegan and made without any nuts involved. Our Sourdough Gluten Free bread comes in two forms: long loaf and round loaf.

Ingredients for our two options:

 

Model 1:

*Organic Rice Flour, Himalayan Salt, Dash of Maple Syrup, Dash of coconut flour, Filtered Water, GF Sourdough Starter (Flour Blend of Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat).

 

Model 2:

*GF Sourdough Starter (Flour Blend of Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), xanthan gum, organic tapioca starch, granulated organic sugar, Himalayan salt, filtered water, vegan butter (Vegetable Oils (Sunflower 21%, Rapeseed, Sustainable Palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifiers-E471, Sunflower Lecithin, Preservative- Potassium Sorbate, Acid – Lactic Acid, B Vitamins (Niacin, B6, B2, Folic Acid & B12), Flavourings, Colours – Annatto Bixin, Curcumin)
