Hey!
For a long time now, l've been pouring my heart into creating food that's not only Free From the top 14 allergens, but also nourishing, delicious, and safe for everyone to enjoy. That mission hasn't changed.
But the way I continue it must change.
There are other pressing reasons why things need to go another direction, but one I can share with you and I believe will resonate is that with the rising cost of high-quality, organic ingredients, and because I only ever want to use the best, cleanest food possible;
I can no longer continue baking and delivering orders the way I used to. It's no longer sustainable for me, and it's been a hard realisation to face.
So the ovens at Cultured Bakehouse are, for now, gently closing.
Instead, I’ll be bringing the bakery to you, on the road, in a different way.
I’ll be teaching live workshops in community spaces, sharing how to cook inclusive, allergy-friendly, nourishing meals that bring people together around the table. I want to give others the tools, confidence, and recipes to do what I’ve been doing in their own kitchens.
The Cultured Bakehouse website will soon reflect this shift. You’ll start to see:

• Booklets and resources
• Updates on upcoming workshops
• Options to book 1-to-1 guidance
This is bittersweet. I love baking for you. I love placing something good in your hands that you can trust. But I also know it’s time to adapt.
Thank you for being part of this journey so far. I hope you’ll stay with me as Cultured Bakehouse evolves into something slower, more personal, and hopefully, just as meaningful.
